30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We also offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any of our products, and a one year warranty on manufacturers defects. In order to qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the goods must be returned in like new condition (No scratches on the lenses, or damage to the frame) to the following address: PO Box 1609 Conway, SC 29528 after contacting us and processing a RMA. A prepaid label will be provided, free of charge, for your return to ensure we receive your package!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Shipping and Handling

PeakVision handles shipping with the utmost care. Each product shipped is examined by one of our PeakVision representatives, and shipped to you within 24 business hours of your order. Any order over $200 will receive free flat rate shipping. Shipping is available both domestically and internationally, with two separate shipping options available during checkout. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Returns & Repair

PeakVision does NOT offer repair/return services at this time. If you're in need of replacement parts for your frame, you can order them from us directly online. Our customer service department will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have within 24 business hours.

Note: If you return sunglasses to our warehouse without a support interaction, there will be a $15.00 charge to cover processing and shipping fees.


PeakVision will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). PeakVision is not responsible for any invalid information entered into checkout, so please double check your information before processing your order. You should expect a 8-16 day wait before you receive your new package (3-7 days for us to receive the package back from the shipping provider, 2 days for us to process your return and ship your new package, and 3-7 days for you to receive it) although in many cases, you may receive your package back faster.
